This appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order. See Wahl v. Taylor, 926 So.2d 488, 489 (Fla. 2d DCA 2006) (“[A]n order merely granting a motion for summary judgment is not a final order.”); cf. also Panagakos v. Laufer, 779 So.2d 296 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999). The appellee's motion to dismiss is denied as moot.
