The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 141 Conn.App. 571, 62 A.3d 553, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly apply Williams v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co., 229 Conn. 359, 641 A.2d 783 (1994), when it affirmed the trial court's judgment vacating the arbitration award?”
