Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 19, 2015, And plaintiff-respondent-appellant, pro se, having moved for continuation of a stay granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated September 8, 2015, and for other relief [M-901], And defendants-appellants-respondents having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal [M-1005], Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to continue the stay granted by an order by a Justice of this Court on September 8, 2015 is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the June 2017 Term [M-901]. The motion for an enlargement of time to perfect defendants' appeal is granted to the extent of enlarging same to said June 2017 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted [M-1005]. The Clerk of the Court is directed to calendar the appeals for hearing together for said June 2017 Term.
