Action to compel conveyance of real property. Order discharging Thomas J. Hallinan as receiver in this action, approving his accounts, fixing his and his attorney's fees and cancelling his bond, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
