ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

It has come to the Court's attention that, due to inadvertent clerical error, the Order served August 11, 2022, in the above-docketed matter contained a reference to the year 2022 where the year 2023 was intended. Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served August 11, 2022, at Docket Entry #13, is amended in that the Ordered paragraph is deemed to read as follows:

"ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 10, 2023, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of the case, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in this matter." It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order served August 11, 2022, at Docket Entry #13, remains in full force and effect. 1
