ORDER

This case was continued from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 15, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that respondent is currently reviewing petitioner's offer in compromise package. The parties request 180 days to file a decision document or an additional status report. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 23, 2022, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of this case.
