This case was stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. Respondent and petitioners filed Status Reports on October 7 and 11, 2022, respectively indicating that the parties continue to work toward resolution but have not yet resolved the case. To facilitate that process, and upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
