This case was called from the calendar on May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California. During that calendar call, the Court ordered that jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court, and further ordered that on or before, June 1, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision or a joint status report of the then present status of this case.

On April 8, 2022, respondent's counsel filed a status report stating basis of settlement had been reached. Respondent's counsel recently received the decision document; however, petitioner indicated he questions about the tax computations and there may be an error in the decision document.

On June 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting therein additional time to file with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time filed June 2, 2022, is granted in that the time within which the parties shall file a Proposed Stipulated Decision is extended to and including to July 5, 2022.
