ORDERED the motion is granted, without costs, as against William J. Holub, unless said appellant shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before February 14, 2017, in which event the motion to dismiss as against William J. Holub, is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, as against defendant Holub Farms, Inc., upon default.
