An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 21, 2016, And defendants-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order to the extent it directed them to appear for a preliminary conference on October 25, 2016, and to answer the complaint within a prescribed period, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied as moot.
