This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 11, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On June 24, 2022, the Court received returned mail of the Court's order issued June 9, 2022, on petitioner. On the same day, the Court received returned mail of the Court's notice of trial and standing pretrial order issued June 10, 2022, on petitioner. On July 26, 2022, the Court issued an order directing the parties to file on or before September 9, 2022, a status report setting forth the parties' most current and up to date contact information. On August 11, 2022, the Court received returned mail of the Court's order issued July 26, 2022, on petitioner. On September 6, 2022, respondent filed a status report providing therein an updated address for petitioner.

For cause, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's address is changed in the Court's records to:
East Mesquite Avenue Detainee ID: 20872-104 2190 Pahrump, NV 89060

It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this order served on petitioner a copy of the Court's order issued June 9, 2022, a copy of the Court's notice of trial and standing pretrial order issued June 10, 2022, and a copy of the Court's order issued July 26, 2022.
