This case is currently calendared on the Court's Honolulu, Hawaii, remote trial session, scheduled to begin April 11, 2022.
On February 25, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to change or correct caption. The Court issued an Order asking petitioner to file a response and to contact Chambers upon receipt of the Order.
