ORDER DENYING PETITION

This is a proper person petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner seeks an order from this court compelling the district court to grant petitioner's motion for bail. Without deciding upon the merits of any claims raised in the documents submitted in this matter, we decline to exercise original jurisdiction. See NRS 34.360; NRS 34.370. Petitioner is represented by counsel in the proceedings below, and should proceed by and through counsel. Accordingly, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.

We have received the proper person motion to dismiss the petition, we dismiss the motion as moot.
