Motion by appellant to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 18, 2019 pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered August 1, 2019.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as appellant's brief was filed before her time to perfect the appeal expired (see ADM 2020-0527).
