Appeal, No. 348, Oct. T., 1961, from order of Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Philadelphia County, March T., 1961, No. 1245, Miscellaneous Docket, in case of Reverend Joseph Hall, pastor of Christ Memorial Baptist Church et al. v. Gayety Bar, Incorporated. Order affirmed.

Appeal by objector from decision of Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board approving transfer of restaurant liquor license. Before ULLMAN, J.

Order entered dismissing appeal. Objector appealed.
