On April 12, 2022, petitioners filed a petition at Docket No. 9050-22, seeking review of their 2020 tax year. On June 16, 2022, petitioners paid the filing fee at Docket No. 9050-22.

On June 6, 2022, petitioners filed a second petition at Docket No. 12637-22 also seeking review of their 2020 tax year. The filing fee is unpaid at Docket No. 12637-22.

Upon due consideration of the records at Docket Nos. 9050-22 and 12637-22, it appearing that the cases are duplicative, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 12637-22 is closed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 9050-22.

Petitioners are reminded that any future filings related to their 2020 tax year should be filed in Docket No. 9050-22.
