On August 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Kenneth Gay and To Strike. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 9, 2022, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to Mr. Gay. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion to dismiss.
