This is a companion case to that entitled Gay v. City of Gainesville, 186 So.2d 41, in which the court has this date rendered its judgment denying the petition for writ of certiorari. For the reasons and upon the authorities relied upon in the companion case, the writ of certiorari requested herein is denied
