MEMORANDUM OPINION


The $175 filing fee and the docketing statement are overdue. By letter dated November 9, 2010, the Court notified appellant that she had not filed a docketing statement nor paid the $175 filing fee. The Court required appellant to file the docketing statement and pay the $175 filing fee within ten days or the case would be dismissed. To date, appellant has not paid the $175 filing fee, nor filed the docketing statement, nor communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.

Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
