Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 11, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03410) and on or about August 25, 2020 (Case No. 2020-04017), And defendant-respondent having moved to strike plaintiff's Document No. 8 from the NYSCEF docket and to require plaintiff to update his residence on NYSCEF (M-2021-02544), And plaintiff-appellant having cross moved to strike defendant's Document No. 7 from NYSCEF and for permission to re-use the appendix from the appeals perfected under Case Nos. 2020-02624 and 2020-02631 for the appeals to be jointly perfected under Case Nos. 2020-03410 and 2020-04017, or alternatively for an extension of time to perfect the appeals under Case Nos. 2020-03410 and 2020-04017 (M-2021-02719)
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion by defendant to strike Document No. 8 from the NYCEF docket and to require plaintiff to update his residence page is denied (M-2021-02544), and
It is further ordered that the cross motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals (Case Nos. 2020-03410 and 2020-04017) to the January 2022 Term of this Court and is otherwise denied (M-2021-02719).
