JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE


Jury Verdict. This action came before the Court for a trial by jury. The issues have been tried and the jury rendered its verdict.

Decision by Court. This action came to hearing before the Court. The issues have been heard and a decision has been rendered.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that after holding a hearing in this matter, the court finds that the plaintiff did not pursue prison administrative grievance procedures in a timely manner before filing suit, as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act. Accordingly, the amended complaint is dismissed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997 e(a) for failure of the plaintiff to exhaust prison administrative remedies. This case is terminated. The parties are to bear their own costs.
