Defendants-respondents, The Grabler Building Condominium and the Board of Managers of the Grabler Building Condominium, having moved (M-1881) for reargument of, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the decision and order of this Court, entered on March 12, 2020 (Appeal Nos. 11244, 11245, 11246, 11247),And plaintiffs-appellants having conditionally cross moved (M-2196) for leave to reargue that portion of the decision and order of this Court dated March 12, 2020 affirming the order of the trial Court (Index No. 150982/16) in the event defendants' motion is granted in any respect,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-1881) is denied in its entirety. The cross motion (M-2916) is denied as academic.
