This case was originally calendared for trial on October 24, 2022, at the Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated October 18, 2022, jurisdiction of this case was retained by this Division of the Court.

On March 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. On March 17, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Status Report. Both reports informed the Court that an agreeable installment plan was confirmed during the February 13, 2023, supplemental hearing. Form 433-D was signed by petitioner and received by respondent's Settlement Officer on February 14, 2023. A supplemental Notice of Determination was issued by respondent's Settlement Officer on February 27, 2023. Petitioner requested an additional sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 30, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
