ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session, which was scheduled to begin June 13, 2022. On June 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and requested sixty days to file a fully stipulated decision resolving this case. On June 6,, 2022, the Court served an order striking the case from the calendar and giving the parties until August 5, 2022 to file either a signed decision document or file a status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of the case. On August 4, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating that on August 2, 2022, respondent learned that petitioners had not received the decision documents. Respondent immediately re-sent the packaged via UPS overnight mail and requests thirty days to receive back and process the signed decision documents.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
