Appellant Stephen Oscar Gates has informed this Court that he no longer wishes to pursue this appeal and has filed a motion requesting dismissal of the appeal with prejudice pursuant to the parties' settlement agreement. Appellant's counsel states that he has conferred with counsel for appellee, Platinum Prospect, Ltd., which is unopposed to this motion. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
