Opinion

Case No. 97-0001

Opinion filed September 3, 1997

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County; Larry Schack, Judge; L.T. Case No. 95-1234CF.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Mallorye Cunningham, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Sarah B. Mayer, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm appellant's revocation of community control and sentence upon a plea of no contest. We remand solely for correction of a scrivener's error in the sentence, which incorrectly reflects that appellant was being sentenced for violation of probation rather than violation of community control.

GLICKSTEIN, WARNER and POLEN, JJ., concur.
