This matter is before the Court on the parties' Stipulated Motion to Continue July 9, 2012 Scheduling Conference [Docket No. 119; Filed June 15, 2012] (the "Motion"). The parties seek a continuance of the Scheduling Conference until after the parties know the identities of the individuals who seek to opt-in to this collective action, which they anticipate will occur by August 24, 2012.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motions [#119] is GRANTED. Accordingly,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference set for July 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. is VACATED and RESET to September 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom C-204 of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse, 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit their proposed scheduling order pursuant to the District of Colorado Electronic Case Filing ("ECF") Procedures. The parties shall submit the proposed scheduling order no later than September 19, 2012.
