By Order to Show Cause served January 9, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to show cause in writing why the Court should not issue an order directing that the small tax case designation be removed in this case and that the proceedings not be conducted under the Small Tax Case Rules. On February 13, 2023, petitioner filed such a Response.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2023, respondent shall file a reply to petitioner's above-referenced Response.
