Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of fiduciary duty, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., rendered partial judgment in accordance with the parties' stipulation; thereafter, the court rendered judgment for the plaintiff, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
