JUDGMENT
This Judgment is entered pursuant to the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order of May 3rd, 2005, in which the Court granted Defendants' Motion to Dismiss in part and denied it in part.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiff's claims for Title VII and TCHRA violations for (1) hostile work environment, gender discrimination, and retaliation against Defendants Ms. Kattan and Mr. Manrique, (2) gender discrimination against Defendant Univision, and (3) infliction of emotional distress against all Defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice, with each party to bear their own costs.
SO ORDERED.
