Ben Sandoval Garza, III, Appellant v. The State of Texas, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF HAYS COUNTY, 207TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NOS. CR-14-0897, CR-15-0537, & CR-15-0538
THE HONORABLE JACK H. ROBISON, JUDGE PRESIDINGMEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant Ben Sandoval Garza, III seeks to appeal from three judgments of conviction: one for evading arrest with a vehicle, see Tex. Penal Code § 38.04(a), (b)(1)(B), and two for felony driving while intoxicated, see id. § 49.04(a), 49.09(b)(2). The trial court has certified that: (1) each of these cases was a plea-bargain case and appellant has no right of appeal, and (2) appellant waived the right of appeal in each of these cases. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2), (d).
