Daniel GARZA, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CR5926
Honorable Steve Hilbig, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Two of the four court reporters responsible for preparing the reporter's records for this appeal filed a notification of late record, stating that the reporter's records had not been filed because appellant failed to request the record in writing and failed to pay the reporters' fees. On April 7, 2016, this Court ordered Appellant to file proof of payment of all four court reporters' fees. Appellant filed proof of payment of two court reporters' fees on April 15, 2016.

It is therefore ORDERED that appellant file proof of payment of all court reporters' fees on or before April 20, 2016. Upon proof of payment, the reporters' records shall be filed no later than 15 days after payment.
