ORDER


Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Complaint and Application for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief, filed March 28, 2001; Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, filed April 11, 2001; and Plaintiffs' Response to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, filed May 2, 2001.

The Court will hear oral argument on Plaintiffs' Application for Preliminary Injunctive Relief at 3:00 P.M., Friday. May 4, 2001 . This will be a non-evidentiary hearing based on the pleadings. Only the Application for Preliminary Injunctive Relief will be considered by the Court at this hearing.

Each side will have 15 minutes to argue its case and Plaintiffs will open and close the argument.

THE CLERK IS DIRECTED TO IMMEDIATELY FAX A COPY OF THIS ORDER TO ALL COUNSEL.

ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint And Application for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief, filed May 2, 2001. Defendants do not object to Plaintiffs' amendment. See Letter, filed May 4, 2001.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion is GRANTED and Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint And Application fo Declaratory and Injunctive Relief shall be ENTERED.

THE CLERK IS DIRECTED TO IMMEDIATELY FAX THIS ORDER TO COUNSEL.
