Tomasso's Motion to Dismiss All Claims (Document 38) is GRANTED. Plaintiff Robert L. Gary's Amended Complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice as to those Defendants.

The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mark this case as CLOSED.
