Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 9, 2019 and August 14, 2019, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved, by separate motions, for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals taken therefrom,And by Interim order entered on September 4, 2019, a Justice of this Court having stayed the August 9, 2019 order pending the determination of the within motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are denied and the aforesaid interim order of a Justice of this Court, vacated.
