JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE

Decision by Court. This action came to trial or hearing before the Court. The issues have been tried or heard and a decision has been rendered.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Magistrate Judge Dancks' Report-Recommendation and Order (Dkt. No. 27) is ADOPTED in its entirety for the reasons set forth herein; and the Court further ORDERS that the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. No. 1) is DENIED and DISMISSED; and the Court further ORDERS that no certificate of appealability shall be issued with respect to any claims set forth in the petition because Petitioner has not made "a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2); and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in Respondent's favor and close this case, all of the above pursuant to the Order of the Honorable Judge Mae A. D'Agostino, dated the 22nd day of June, 2021.
