Garrison v. Hamade

Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 5, 2000
620 N.W.2d 307 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 117478-9 (20).

December 5, 2000.

COA: 228172, 228284, Oakland CC: 90-387693-DM

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The delayed application for leave to appeal from the July 27, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals is also considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court prior to the proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals and any further subsequent review by the Court of Appeals.
