This case was continued from the Court's February 28, 2022, Nashville, Tennessee trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On February 24, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the parties are working on tax computations and requested additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 15, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision with the Court.
