This case was continued from the Court's February 28, 2022, Nashville, Tennessee, trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 29, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioner James T. Garrison's counsel is reviewing and organizing the documents provided by Mr. Garrison. After the review is complete, the Commissioner's counsel will need additional time to review the documents and request computations. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
