This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Seattle, Washington, remote trial session, which was scheduled to begin February 28, 2022. On February 7, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance. On February 10, 2022, the Court served an order on the parties granting petitioner's motion and striking the case from the calendar and giving the parties until July 18, 2022 to file either a signed decision document or file a status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of the case. On July 15, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating that the parties we still working on the case and respondent had scheduled an August 11, 2022 Zoom meeting with petitioners to discuss the outstanding issues in the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
