We did not intend to require the plaintiff to pay any of the costs and we did intend to allow interest, accordingly our decree is amended to read as follows:

It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from be reduced to $28.25 with legal interest from judicial demand and, as thus amended, it be affirmed, defendant to pay all costs.

The rehearing applied for is refused.
