Judgment adjudging appellee Pearl Oliver the sole owner of an undivided one-half interest in Blue Grass seed of the appraised value of $372, and adjudging that levy or attachment thereon be discharged and the forthcoming bond executed by Pearl Oliver and John Oliver August 6, 1931, be canceled, and they released and acquitted from liability thereon.
