ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On January 25, 2022, petitioner filed two documents, a motion to proceed remotely and a brief in support of motion to proceed remotely. Those two document actually are duplicative motions to proceed remotely. Furthermore, the two documents appear to have been filed in the wrong case as they each bear the docket number of petitioner's case at Docket No. 13830-20S.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion to proceed remotely and brief in support of motion to proceed remotely are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
