ORDER


For the reasons set forth in the Opinion filed simultaneously herewith, it is hereby ORDERED, that plaintiffs' motion to consolidate this case with Encarnacion v. Barnhart, No. 00 Civ. 6597 (LTS)(THK) is denied; and it is further ORDERED, that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the "Commissioner") denying plaintiff's March 19, 1999 application for Supplemental Security Income benefits be reversed, and this case be, and hereby is, remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), solely for the purpose of finding that plaintiff is disabled; and it is further ORDERED, that plaintiff is awarded her costs ( 28 U.S.C. § 2412(a)(1)); it is further

ORDERED, that defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint is granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment. See Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292, 298 (1993).
