This case was originally calendared for trial on March 4, 2024, at the Trial Session of the Court in San Antonio, Texas. By Order of the Court dated February 21, 2024, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On June 28, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that there has been difficulty reaching Petitioners in order to complete decision documents. Respondent requested an additional forty-five (45) days in which to submit decision documents or other necessary documents to the Court.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 21, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or other necessary documents.
