ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 23, 2022, for cases where Chicago, Illinois is designated as the place of Trial.

On March 14, 2022, Petitioner Debra G Garls filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss; and Memorandum in Support of Motion to Dismiss.

On March 30, 2022, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time Petitioner Debra Grace Garls indicated that she has been working with Respondent's Appeals Officer regarding her case. After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner Debra Grace Garls' Motion to Dismiss, filed March 14, 2022, is denied. It is further

ORDERED, sua sponte, that this case is continued, in that this case is stricken from the Court's May 23, 2022, Chicago, Illinois trial calendar, and that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 29, 2022, the parties shall file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
