Order granting plaintiff alimony and counsel fee pendente lite in an action for divorce and order granting reargument and on reargument denying defendant's motion to modify said order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
