ORDER

This I.R.C. section 6015(e) case, presently set for trial during the New York, New York, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on May 6, 2024, is before the Court on (1) petitioner's motion to remove small tax case designation, and (2) the parties' joint motion for continuance, both filed March 13, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in those motions, it is

ORDERED that both motions are granted. It is further

ORDERED that further proceedings in this case are no longer subject to I.R.C. section 7463. It is further

ORDERED that the letter "S" is deleted from the docket number in the caption of this case, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to amend the Court's records accordingly. It is further

ORDERED that the case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session and is continued generally.
