On March 30, 2023, respondent counsel Arthur W. Petersen, III, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in this case. That motion represented that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen would remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has not properly entered an appearance in this case, as no sufficient signature was reflected on the Answer, filed February 9, 2022.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2023, either (1) Kim-Kahn Thi Nguyen shall enter an appearance in this case on behalf of respondent or (2) respondent shall file a status report.
