On February 8, 2023, respondent filed with the Court two Answers (index #5 & #6). Upon review of the record in this case, the Answers appear to be duplicates except for a typographical error in petitioner's address on the certificate of service at index #5. Therefore, the Answer filed first (index #5) will be stricken from the record. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Answer filed February 8, 2023, at index #5 is stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Respondent is advised that, if he is seeking to amend a previous filing, he should file an amended filing and, if he is seeking to amend a certificate of service, he should file an amended certificate of service.
